GEORGIA ALLIANCE OF PROFESSIONAL PROCESS SERVERS, INC.
THE ALLIANCE FOR THE WORKING PROFESSIONAL PROCESS SERVER
GAPPS was formed to allow various persons or firms in the process serving industry to form an Alliance, not membership, and in that Alliance to serve each other and our industry with true ethics and professionalism being the foundation. The Georgia Alliance of Professional Process Servers, Inc. was formed by the founders of the Georgia Association of Professional Process Servers, who managed in their first year of active membership, to allow a conspiracy (coup d'etat) of persons, serving another industry to totally take over. This conspiracy consisted mainly of the Georgia Association of Professional Private Investigators (known as GAPPI) and the Georgia Bar Association to ally themselves onto the Board of Directors and Officers and thereby form a coup d'etat for the sole purpose of unethically self-serving interest without regard to the member. This manipulation of the process serving industry and obtaining nationally granted funds without adherence to policies and by-laws in effect, during that time, and without any independent accountability in any form threw the association into ligitation. This was due largely to borderline bankrupting of their own GAPPI organization as GAPPI had no national support base, and the process serving industry did.
The founders of this Alliance are professional process servers and earn their livelihood serving civil process. We invite any and all civil process servers, THAT EARN THEIR LIVING SERVING PROCESS, to contact us for application and possible admittance into this Alliance. Once in the Alliance, you will be considered an Associate and as such entitled to all Associate rights and privleges of GAPPS.
